“Mecha-Guard” is a reinforcement retaining device attached to the outside of the mechanical glands on the existing pipes. It can be installed while the water is flowing. The low-profile bolts prevent damage to the polyethylene sleeve. Each bolt is to be replaced individually, allowing for safe installation.
