Under Pressure Installation allows for branching of water supply lines or installing valves without stopping the water mains. We are contributing to the maintenance and management of lifelines with our original products; the “S-GATE” series which uses end mill drilling technology, the “S-Bunki Valve,” which integrates a standard resilient-seated gate valve and tapping tees, and the “KATANA VALVE,” which can be installed without any cutting chips enter into the pipe.
“KATANA VALVE” is the insertion valve for polyethylene pipes that can be installed at anywhere after laying of pipes. After grooving the polyethylene pipe with leaving a thin wall thickness, it uses an internal knife gate in the main body to push and cut, ensuring no cutting chips enter into the pipe, allowing for quick installation.

“S-GATE EX” is the latest compact model among the S-GATE series that can be installed with the dedicated EX type EM machine of less than 30cm in length. It minimizes the size of both the main body and installation equipment without compromising the S-Gate’s original sealing performance. By simplifying the installation process, it enables safe and reliable installation of under pressure valves into existing pipelines.

“S-GATE VP” is a lightweight and compact body designed especially for PVC pipes, incorporating a built-in temporary valve. The peripheral devices and installation processes are simplified, making them quick and efficient. End mill (EM) drilling using a dedicated VP type EM machine and a resilient-seated gate valve achieves superior sealing performance with low torque without excessive load on existing pipelines. Since the temporary valve is built into the body, the bonnet can be removed without using any special equipment.
